1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nagoriya Travels website and our cab, bus and Tempo Traveller booking services. By making a booking or enquiry with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Bookings

Requests submitted through our website, WhatsApp or phone are treated as enquiries. A booking is confirmed only after our team verifies vehicle availability and shares the applicable fare with you.

3. Fares & Payment

• Fares quoted are based on the pickup, drop, distance, vehicle type and trip details provided by you.
• Final fare may vary based on actual distance travelled, waiting time, tolls, parking and state taxes, where applicable.
• Payment terms (advance, partial or full payment) will be communicated at the time of confirming your booking.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup/drop locations, travel date, time and passenger details.
• Be ready at the pickup point at the confirmed time to avoid delays or additional waiting charges.
• Ensure the number of passengers and luggage is within the capacity of the vehicle booked.

5. Our Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, well-maintained vehicle with a professional driver.
• Make reasonable efforts to ensure on-time pickup and drop.
• Communicate any changes in availability, driver or vehicle promptly.

6. Vehicle Substitution

In case of unavoidable circumstances (breakdown, driver unavailability, etc.), we may arrange an alternate vehicle of similar or better category at no extra cost to you.

7. Liability

While we take all reasonable care to ensure a safe journey, Nagoriya Travels is not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road conditions, natural events or government restrictions.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
